개인정보 수집, 이용, 보관, 파기 기준입니다.
YN 스튜디오는 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보를 처리합니다.
1. 수집 항목
- 프롬프트, 생성 설정, 생성 결과 URL, 크레딧/결제 내역, 문의 이메일
- 브라우저 로컬 저장소에 저장되는 갤러리, 사용 내역, 언어 설정, 쿠키 동의 상태
- 서비스 안정화를 위한 접속 로그, 기기·브라우저 정보, 오류 정보
2. 이용 목적
이미지 생성, 크레딧 관리, 결제 처리, 고객지원, 부정 이용 방지, 서비스 개선에 사용합니다.
3. 보관 및 파기
로컬 저장소 데이터는 사용자의 브라우저에 저장되며 사용자가 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 서버에 저장되는 정보는 목적 달성 또는 법정 보관기간 종료 후 지체 없이 파기합니다.
4. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
이미지 생성을 위해 프롬프트와 필요한 설정이 외부 AI API 제공자에게 전송될 수 있습니다. 법령상 의무가 있거나 사용자가 동의한 경우를 제외하고 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.
5. 이용자 권리
이용자는 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지, 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 문의: hello@ynphoto.example
YN Studio processes only the information needed to provide the service.
1. Data We Collect
- Prompts, generation settings, result URLs, credit/payment history, and support email.
- Gallery, usage history, language setting, and consent status stored in browser local storage.
- Access logs, device/browser data, and error data for reliability.
2. Use
We use data for image generation, credit management, payments, support, abuse prevention, and service improvement.
3. Retention and Deletion
Local storage data remains in your browser and can be deleted by you. Server-side data is deleted when no longer needed or when legal retention periods expire.
4. Third Parties
Prompts and required settings may be sent to third-party AI API providers to generate images. We do not sell personal data unless required by law or with your consent.
5. Your Rights
