이용약관 | YN Photo Smart Picture

본 약관은 YN 스튜디오(대표 ○○○, hello@ynphoto.example)가 제공하는 AI 이미지 생성 웹앱 “YN Photo Smart Picture”의 이용에 적용됩니다.

1. 서비스

이 서비스는 사용자가 입력한 프롬프트와 선택한 설정을 바탕으로 AI 이미지를 생성하고, 크레딧 사용 내역과 갤러리 저장 기능을 제공합니다. 생성 결과는 외부 AI 이미지 생성 API의 상태에 따라 지연되거나 실패할 수 있습니다.

2. 계정, 크레딧, 결제

크레딧은 이미지 생성, 업스케일, 기타 유료 기능에 사용할 수 있는 서비스 내 단위입니다.
구독형 상품은 표시된 기간에 따라 크레딧을 지급하며, 일회성 충전 크레딧은 별도 명시가 없는 한 환불정책에 따릅니다.
프로토타입 또는 모의 결제 환경에서는 실제 과금이 발생하지 않을 수 있습니다.

3. 금지행위

타인의 권리 침해, 불법 콘텐츠, 성적 착취물, 혐오·폭력 조장, 개인정보 무단 사용, 서비스 우회·자동화 남용, 법령 위반 목적의 사용을 금지합니다.

4. 지식재산권

사용자가 입력한 프롬프트와 업로드한 자료에 대한 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다. 사용자는 서비스 이용에 필요한 범위에서 해당 자료를 처리할 권한을 회사에 부여합니다. 생성 이미지의 이용 가능 범위는 선택한 요금제와 관련 법령, 제3자 권리 제한을 따릅니다.

5. 면책

AI 생성 결과의 정확성, 특정 목적 적합성, 제3자 권리 비침해를 보증하지 않습니다. 사용자는 생성물을 공개·상업 이용하기 전에 필요한 검토와 권리 확인을 직접 수행해야 합니다.

6. 약관 변경 및 문의

These Terms govern your use of “YN Photo Smart Picture,” provided by YN Studio (CEO ○○○, hello@ynphoto.example).

1. Service

The service generates AI images from prompts and settings, and provides credit history and gallery storage. Results may be delayed or fail depending on third-party AI API availability.

2. Credits and Payment

Credits are in-service units used for image generation and paid features.
Subscription plans grant credits for the stated period. One-time credit packs follow the refund policy unless stated otherwise.
In prototype or mock payment flows, no real charge may occur.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the service for illegal content, rights infringement, sexual exploitation, hate or violence, unauthorized personal data use, service abuse, or unlawful purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your prompts and uploaded materials. You grant us the rights needed to process them for the service. Use of generated images is subject to your plan, applicable law, and third-party rights.

5. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of AI outputs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or commercial use.
